what are the new gray boxes?are they from depot?cheaper then the electrical boxes or just easier to use?it looks l;ike you are mounting the 1 1/2 male to the board now .i am going to use a 6 inch vortex type fan for air removal and am planning on not using the comp fans.think i should do the extra work and get the 120m fans?i figure that a sealed chamber witha 470 cfm 6 inch fan pulling thru a carbon filter should get enough air pulling thru the cool tubes.i am going to use 6 55 watters with two workhorse 8 ballasts and two 4 inch passive intakes. i was running 4 55 watters off each ballast but now they only recommend 3 so think the 6 will be better.the cab is 2 feet by 4 feet by 3 feet high.the light bases and the fan and filter will be in a compartment i will make on top of the box.figure 10 inches for the pots and 26 inches growing with the lights hanging from top they should go down to about 5 inches over the pot.plan on vegging for a month so plants will be about 12 to 16 inches tall after lsting when i flip them.havent used pll's for anything but veg in about 2 years.if the cab works out i will get rid of my 600 hps and save alot of energy!been growing northern lights but my pheno looks more sativa then indica.have lsd now too but havent even had the first clone finish yet so dont know if i will like it or how it yields.would like to be able to down size room and costs for my meds!

4. All I need to mount the light and tube guard is the 1.5" to 1.25" reducing bushing
5. vortex should work the computer fans might help depends on how you build it
6. look at what fatigues and I said in the pll club thread
7. I dont veg in my chamber at all I have a small chamber to veg and clone in. a small rubbermaid would allow you to keep mothers start clones and do a short veg
8.dropping from a 600 hps to pll might be a shock in the yeild department till you get it dialed in

They could have gone another week maybe 2. I was also experimenting with defoliation it may have set back my flowering time. I have to stay on schedule though. I had clones growing into my veg lights and I needed the room. The timer problem that I had going pushed everything into reveg mode. It is only a hiccup though and will smooth out over time I believe. It is one of the disadvantages of having plants in 8 to 10 different weeks of flowering in the same chamber.

4. let soil dry out a little too much a couple of times.
5. the pheno I have of ch9 jack is sat dominate it has never had nice tight nuggets but it turned into a bunch of foxtails on me under these conditions
I know people will look at this post and say effin noob. They are right. I choose to see it as valuable experience. I learn as much from my mistakes as my successes. Maybe it will apply to someone elses situation
