^^ I have a pll with overhead LED grow as I was scared of fire with hid, not an electrician, just worried cause....? The mylar on inside of tent is really flammable. How does the pll and ballast have less risk of fire than hid, is it just the higher wattage hid, and the pll produces less heat?

Your setup looks quite efficient. I have a single pll in center of 2x2 area, as I figure 10 inches max from light for good flowering. Pretty much covers it, could use a couple more in corners if I wanted. Yours looks about 10 inches distance between lights.

Hid lamps the actual element is under incredible heat and pressure ie high pressure sodium. The elements vaporize salts to gas that glows. When that glass fails you can have a small explosion. Ballast that dont deliver the correct current and voltage can cause the lamp to overheat and fail also. Flourescents dont operate anywhere near those pressures they do have mercury that vaporizes to conduct voltage to the phosphur coating on the inside of the lamp

I just checked the clones I had in 12/12 for sex 2 weeks in
1 bmr definately female
1 bmr unknown (males usually show first so im hoping for a girl)
1 critical + female (feminised seed but I always check for sex)

The mother plants are very vigourous I have been rooting clones of them for the last 4 weeks off of them.

Tilt,
Did you consider 1 row instead of 2 rows of all plants in the middle?

I've gotten both fluffy and dense. It mostly depends on the strain, and pheno. The amount of light and the climate were secondary in my experience.

you must have never had to fight high heat !i could win that battle sometimes with a 400 but lost the temp battle with a 600 all the time
