Hello,
I like to make cookies and I use sesame oil instead of butter because it is better in health terms and it works well.
I have noticed that when I chill the cookies in the freezer for a couple days after cooking, they work much better in the potency department. They always work, but are better with a chill.
My question to those in the know- does the chilling effect have some mechanism that potentiates the potency or am I imagining that...?
Thanks!
