I suck at cloning, TOTALLY

I just built yet another F'n cloner, this time the super cheap mass cloner
perlite in a tub with wicks running up from t a resy.

Just did not work for me as usual,
day 2 and my clones were haggerd.

Cotton wicks to 16 plugs

Seemed like a good idea but it is 104 here



Anyways I had too many for the cloner so I left idividual strains in plastic cups with a bout 1/4 inch tap water.
Cut the bottoms, scratched the sides and check them 2ce a day
to keep the water over the cut stems but as low as possible

This is 8 days ago

Tonight I noticed....

Seriously, can you see that.

Typically, DWC in cups can take weeks n weeks
that why I went with shallow water
let turgor pressure run the stem and the puddle keep them crisp

They look like champs

Thought for sure theyd stem rot in this heat

Now I just have to transplant them properly,

Im not out of the dark yet

The bulbs are 2 brand new cool white $1.80 shop lights plus 2 15 watt dayligh CFL's

My cloning skills suck too.....I am growing out some mums/dads depending on what happens in sexing them...House plants along with some plants from my garden (mainly jalepenos) I just used the old school way of dropping them in a glass of water outside of direct sunlight, but mary jane has never treated me well that way. I am hoping to learn the ways of keeping a mum and taking cuttings from her when needed...

Good job on yours! hopefully I will get the hang of this cloning stuff, because I have 10 strains of fem seeds I would love to start up!

ive found the same thing to happen by accident
left them in cup with water and changed the water every few days and bam had big roots in a week
