The best time to water?

Is there a time that is better than others for hand watering/feeding?

I.e. right before lights on, right as you turn off?

i like to always water when light come on just so i dont miss judge one the night before and it dries up on me waiting for next water....

i like to water when lights come on...gives a chance for it to dry out a little before the lights turn off... don't like em wet in the dark

I think a dryer dark is key to vigor. It's probably just me!
