the beauty of outside growing

I put 8 seeds in soil outside. Just germed them in water for 15 hours. I put them outside 4 days ago. Today some germed out of the soil! I'm really proud. This is my first outdoor grow. I never had this little control over temps., humidity, etc... Watching mother nature do her work sparked something in heart

Good to hear they're already up after only 4 days. What ferts do you plan to use?

no ferts man. Just good top soil. LOL.

It would be a good idea to put a chicken wire fence around them. When they are that small, anything stepping on them can kill them. Sticks can fall on them also. I like to leave them caged until they are around a foot tall......

Well they're in my backyard actually LOL. But do you guys think I should use organic ferts or is good soil enough for them to grow big, fat an tasty.LOL
