The American Legion is asking for marijuana to be schedule 3 in order to make studying marijuana as medicine easier for researchers. Get the Dea out of the way leaving them in charge of approving marijuana studies is like leaving hungry dogs guarding a thanksgiving dinner you know its not going to go well. They want their money for marijuana "eradication" they aint going to allow their marijuana money to turn into a bite size snack they want to guard that thanksgiving dinner every year.
