I will post all of my AK47 pics in this thread. There's only another month before this clone will no longer exist. So this is intended to be a pictoral commemoration of a clone that has brought much happiness to my family

She stinks so bad that she's a liability in a cautious american cultivator's garden.

I'll add photos as the remainder of the plants ripen. The youngest is 1/2 way through flower aleady, so time's almost up

This is about the average size of the tops of these plants, which are no taller than 12-14 inches from the medium surface! Nice for SOG. Better for scrog because the stems are floppy and weak compared to the weight of the buds, so a screen would be better for support reasons. This Ak finished very fast too. This one is about 50 days and has that creamy, finished smell to the resins. Mmmm good.

Four Fingers, any hints? Sure, we could let you know everything we do, but you'll have to wait for the article in International Cannagraphic. It will be about growing indoors in soiless mixes.

A few general hints for soiless mixes: Mix the soiless mix with an additional 50% perlite. This will make the medium very well aerated and lets water move freely through the mix. Water enough to let about a cup or so of water to flow from the bottom of the pot to make sure the toxins and at least some of the built up, unused nutrients are flushed from the bottom portion of the medium. There's even tricks to achieve this thoroughly, but that'll all be in the article.

California, this is serious seed's seed stock. Very good genetics. We've had her in the garden for a year or 2 now. I don't have any ailments that need pain relief, or if I do I haven't afforded myself the chance to feel them But it really is crazy potent. Makes a fella stare into the corner and drool, or at least wonder if he's drooling.

Never grew a strain that smelled too much ; I even find SensiSeeds superskunks are "low odor" lol

Hi CC, You know I am in the same boat as you -, a very cautious American grower. I am just about to put my order in for some AK47. Was this the standard pheno you incountered? Are all of them "a cop magnet" as far as the stench? Anyway man it looks great. I want some of what you got man.

That is some great looking AK47, and very similar to what I grew from the same breeder. A second hit of that can really knock you off your ass for a few hours. I also found the weed fairly high on the stink meter, but it finishes fast and is super potent. The smell is not skunky, but reeks like chronic or dank all the same. Great pain reliever and muscle relaxant after a long day of physical exertion. Crazy Composer hit this part on the head, “But it really is crazy potent. Makes a fella stare into the corner and drool, or at least wonder if he's drooling.” I loved everything about growing this weed, but as a smoker I eventually found it too potent. It took me to the level of often being unproductive or completely out of it. If your finishing up a long soccer game that’s great, but when just taking a hit at the end of the day it really was the end of the day. Best of luck with the grow NWGREENY, I’m sure you’ll find a few keepers in the bunch. I had 4 girls, some where a bit leafier than others, all were insanely crystallized and great tasting.

The Node, I find it to be not so fun to smoke after a while, becuase it gets to feeling like you're all medicated instead of stoned. Pain reliever though...

Also if you don't mind me asking what were the results per plant? And how about the wattage per plant?

Some good growers tend to use odorizers/ozone devices to control smell, thats something I hate the nice candy buds that have no smell personally but some strong smells from A grade strains are a cop magnet


Main smell strain I liked was TW, Bubblegum, and catpiss, some might be just in my area, but Im interested in strong smell Its my favorite and add the flavor..its what makes traditional smoking the best.

California (my birthplace ), these were just small plants, topped at the 4th internode, vegged to about 7 inches, flowered in 3 gallon containers with pro-mix and perlite, fed with earth juice and thrive alive b-1.

Each one got about 16-18 inches high, and yielded about an ounce each.

I love the stinky herbs too, but I also love the less obvious smelling pot too. Apollo11 kicks ass and smells nothing of marijuana really... Same with the dsd2 we grew recently (excellent pot!).

I was just trimming up some ak buds that are about 5 days into the dry. Close to vac sealing. They are so skunky! Love it!
