Hey everyone..

After reading SGS's thread about the different catagories of AF's available thesedays I thought it would be a good idea to collate some simple data of everyones results.

Then if people are wondering what to AF strain to grow and what they can expect then they have a real-world reference point, not just what the sometimes vague or optomistic info on the pack says!

Will think up a form of Q's and I can edit it at a later date if I miss any points... the more info we can get down the better really.

6) Pot Size - a) Final pot size b) Starting pot size c) Not transplanted

a) 6 Litre Square pot 7" x 7" b) 1 Litre Square pot

7) Plant Number - Started 72 - 36 Females after sex

8) Lighting Schedule - 18/6 start to finish

9) Any use of training.. E.g LST/Topping/Lollypopping - 1st set of branches removed around day 30 on plants that had dominant branching

Strain Characteristics in YOUR setup!

1) Average Height - 40-45cm

2) Average structure (branchy or Single cola) - Single cola dominant with small to medium satellite branches

3) AF cycle Time - Seed or Sprout - Harvest in Days - Plants taken from 60-70 days from sprout.

4) Yield Total or Plant Average - 725 grams/ 20g per plant average

6) Any additional notes.. any problems or ways you would improve the next run? - Verging on tropical humidity due to very cool ambient temps. Minor budrot on one plant could have been avoided with better environment.

6) Any additional notes.. any problems or ways you would improve the next run? - Unseasonal heatwave made temps super high for a few weeks mid grow. Also this wasn't planned to be a full tent SOG but I got many more females than expected. Having different starting pots affected the uniformity for a proper AF SOG

Deeper pots...
Contrary to popular belief there was some amazing highly potent pheno types in the early stock of LR#1 when it was first released, this grow was an example of such a pheno that had been isolated out through breeding. The LR#1 they sell today is not what it used to be, almost looks like a cross of LR#1 x LR#2 Bx LR#1, this would explain for the increase in height and resin production seen now.

6) Any additional notes - This was one of the trouble free plant i have ever grown.. could have litteraly planted it and left it to do it's thing. i'm sure given time to work with it some more i could get a better yeild weather depending. would have been perfect for an indoor SOG or micro grow. The buds very piney hand had a classic widowy taste to them, resin production was also very high but mainly concentrated to the buds and bud leafs. The high was very pleasing.. very cerebral and up lifting but at the same time stoney but not to red eye couch lock, i was able to function to a fairly normal degree at work in an office.

I will definatly be growing this agian in the future.

Eggy

ps will come back and edit any dicrepancys just wrote this fairly quikly.
