yes they do

I can say the only city I have been to in Texas that was remotely cool about usage (as in you wouldnt be afraid to tell someone you smoked) is Austin. The other cities are not as friendly.

Anything over 2oz's is a State Felony. 10lbs would get you a litany of charges with that Felony tag next to it.

Ah Texas, I received a 60 month complimentary vacation with the TDC. My second month there was my 18th birthday,at 17 your legally an adult in Texas yee haa. I was at Huntsvilles Ferguson Unit. Ah the memories.My sentencing judge was named Sam Houston Jr., I can't recall ever seeing so much hate in anyone's eyes ever. I loved Texas I lived there several years. Med states only now.
