You should check out the .700 Nitro round.

Billy these rounds aren't commercially produced, they're called wild cats. Essentially someone was bored and tried to see how big of a bang he could make. Plus, if there is ever a Godzillaesque situation it could come in handy?

your right man, i cant isolate a reason for wanting a gun that big besides having the biggest gun around? maybe it punches through some armor or something.. still how the hell is anyone supposed to use that without mounting/pod

That videos hilarious. There is another cartridge even more powerful called the .585 Nyeti ,it is a cartridge made specifically for hunting dangerous game, the gun must be weighed down to to like 50 pounds for it to even be shootable(imagine carring that one on your shoulder all day).It hits with an impressive 10,000 pounds(over two tons) of power at the barrel. I am somewhat of a big bore man myself, my rifle of choice is a .375 H&H which generates about 40 pounds of recoil, and hits with about 5000 pounds of force.I had it weighed down to about 15 pounds , so it's alittle(and I mean ALITTLE) more comfortable to shoot than straight from the factory.A couple a years ago I bought a .458 winchester magnum, it was a straight up elephant gun and throwing back a whopping 60 pounds of recoil, this was a gun where you take a couple of shots...and you're done.I ended up selling it because I just didn't enjoy shooting it.but I have to say we blew up alot of shit with that thing.I don't really hunt , just like to shoot.

Guns like that are meant to take down large African game in one shot, usually at close range That is a bush gun, used when hunting game in dense vegetation, so is relatively short, so can be engaged quickly without getting hung up of branches.
