Yes. I assume your t5s are actually 54w, that means you'll be at 540 watts. Considering your cab is so low, and that the plants will most likely be very close to the bulbs, you will want at least 150 cfm exhaust.

unfortunately, for stealth reasons, i can't ATM. im using it to veg seedlings before moving them into a 1000w tent. dont have much room to build a bigger veg area. i will use a 135cfm fan, that will exchange the air 6 times a minute, as well ill have a small osc. fan inside.

That's overkill then dude. Small plants in veg need very little light.

I'd say 4 T5s, 2 warm 2 cool spectrum. Or get a couple T12 shop lights, same difference at that growth stage.
