OK so I have a growtent setup inside a shed that is outdoors. Everything was going good for a while until summer really hit. Now the tent reaches 100 degrees everyday for the past week. 104 was the highest it went. I have a low cfm inline fan that pulls air into the tent from outside the shed. And a 435 cfm inline fan with a carbon scrubber that cools the light and the air gets exhausted out of the shed to outside. What can I do to maintain good temps?

It's not your only option. Start up the c02 asap. Lots of nutes/water and c02 will hook you up. That will combat those temps and save your garden, if it is not already toast. Good luck, lots of info on here about c02 implementation. Fingers crossed for you man, my plants had a rough one during the last week of 100f temps.
Dig a hole inside or outside of the shed, fairly deep (about 6 feet/2 meters) and put a small frame over the hole and cover it with sod/grass (living grass). Then have a small pipe going from that into the shed tent with a fan on it. This will bring the cooler air from the earth into the shed. Also it's cheaper than buying an A/C unit.

I've read that when you supplement your space with C02 your plants can grow into the low-mid 90's, but I think unless your strain is heat resistant they are going to stop growing when it gets into that range. The best thing to do imo would be more ventilation. If you already have your light being cooled then I would suggest getting new fans for intake and exhaust that have more cfm than the one you currently have running.
