Temperatures and Fan controllers

Hi all
I am stuck on were to place the probe for the fan speed controller
I have move it around the room with the temp meter and get different temp reading depending on were its placed so that will affect the fan speeds on the in and out and change the room temp any help will be well received I am new to controllers :O( Thanks

Close to the top of the canopy as that's where it matters most, I suppose?

dont forget to shield it from direct light exposure and keep it out of air currents, for a more stable and exact reading.

Thanks that's were it is now and inside a 22mm plastic pipe out side of the light between the 2 beds I have checked the temp in side the pipe with the probe and is the same as the temp out side the pipe so move it up as the plants grow then
