hi fellow icer's im on my first indoor grow and have a question about nightcycle temperatures in my closet grow. the temperature inside my closet at night is between 52-56F is this to low? and if it is how can i increase temp? my closet is 60x60x175cm

hey Rhino, 52-56F is what, 11-13deg C. Such temps shouldn't be a problem. They're not dangerous to the plant at all. In fact, I cannot confirm with links, but I think that lower night temps are quite good for the plant. My night temps in outdoors are often that.

You're probably close to spring and higher temps soon, before that just chill and watch your babies grow.

That temp wont hurt your plants and may bring out some purps. A heat mat under pots will bring up the temp,but don't let it get any colder that wouldn't be good..

thx Dr.d, mpro, cov and heavythc you've put my mind at rest with regards to my babies. on another note this goes out to Dr.d i have noticed u have used or using envirolites, i have got some on order, 2x 125w blue and 2x 125w red, should i use the blues for veggin and red for flower or use 1 of each for whole both veg and flower?

when in flower how long can it take to sex them? only askin as im on 12th day of flower mucho appreciato

Hey RJ, the envirolites are great i have just set-up a grow for someone where they will be mixing red and blue lights for flower 1x 125w of each, at least for the first three weeks of flower anyway..but if i had my choice id use red alone the try the mix after to see the results.
If you are on day 12 of flower you sex should show anytime now...

lately my plants have been growing and flowering in about low 40 degree weather at night out side the room where the cab is in.. they are at about 68-72 degrees ambient during the day and about 10-12 degrees cooler at night inside the cab and i ahve notice no slowing down in growth but some really nice colors are starting to appear.

nice 1 dr.d will experiment with those envirolites, and keep u posted on results. thx swerve i think ive got first time grow paranoia lol...
i have noticed i have a hermi, can i cut those balls off and keep flowering or would it be a waste of time, im after quality not quantity so wouldnt mind if had to bin it, thx guys and girls

Hey RJ, bin that plant it will just keep on popping male flowers out...make sure you have no light leaks at all that will cause your plants to herm and will ruin your crop...which is the last thing you want...peace
