Depends on strain, system (hydro v. soil), and whether or not you use CO2.

40% RH in hydro for me is great. 80 degrees no CO2 85 degrees w/ CO2, 68 degree night time temps.

Keeping it warm 70there at night in the first couple weeks can reduce shock and stretch. You can gradually lower it to 65, @ around 60 at the end to bring out some colors.

spurr - I think using 1-1.25 kPa is a good goal for cananbis growers because reaching 0.8-1 kPa isn't easy. In terms of RH, molds and other fungi are most worry at >75-80% RH, and for VPD, < 0.2 kPa is danger area for molds and other fungi, etc."

Humidity and Vapor Pressure Deficit

From prior experience, I would be worrying about powdery mildew WELL before 75% RH.
