altho I can roll tulips, cones, and blunts when I was in amsterdam I preferred to use these.

ya I saw those on a pipe site, I guess it can't get easier. What do you do just fill them and twist the end shut? How many come in a package?

there are 3 in each pack and one pack was 1€, to use you just fill, pack, and the twist the end shut.

I'm not so sure about this website after I read:

LOL WTF is that a novelty item? Potheads aren't THAT lazy.

Talos4: You just roll like you would a regular joint, but instead of laying the broken up bud in a straight line, you make a slight triangle. Then just roll it up like normal. I'm one of those dollar bill users.

Oh and for the mouthpiece, just tear a small rectangle off the papers pack, roll it into a loose cylinder, poke it into the end of the cone, and it will unroll to fit the end perfectly.

nobody seemed to care, the only time I got funny looks was when I started cracking open a white owl a couple years back, the dealer evan came up to me and asked WTF I was doing.

I told him that It was a cheap cigar and that I was removing the tobacco so that I could use the outer leaf to roll a blunt, and no he didn't take a hit (I think because he was working )

friends would flip if they couldnt smoke a dutchie in a coffee shop...they are addicted. not cigarette smokers but they love their blunts. I am so sick of vanilla dutches. All blunts are gross.
To roll a cone, tuck the first roll of the paper on one side only extra tight then continue to roll your joint, I cheat and make a small tear in the middle of the paper as im finishing up. This lets the two sides of glue lay at different angles. rolling a J or blunt is all in the first roll.
