Tangie/tangerine dream/orange haze help??

hello people...does the tangie strain from dna smell similar to amnesia haze? I smoked some weed in Ibiza last year my pals had loads of it I think it cam from the dam .. it was passed down as tangerine dream and according to barneys farm that's his strain so I grew a few TD from barney ... disappointed I was looking for a orange haze like bud ... this is my strain hunt down now , I am currently growing orange haze from GDG which will be interesting .. just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.. the weed in the pic is the tangie weed I smoked in Ibiza last year , it stunk of tangerine and there was a strong haze smelling background I loved this weed im pretty sure it was a sativa dominant strain.... I just need to finds some seeds or a clone I fell in love with the stuff... on parr with the old school cheese that came outta luton ...

I got a tangerine dream cut, came from a great source...not sure if it s barney or different cut same name. Haven't flowered her but it looks like sat dom hybrid. I hope its orange haze...

Nice are you based in Europe? don't suppose you know the linage as barneys is a indica dom as does not smell hazey at all

Hey cheese. I have only grown one of the tangerine dream from barneys farm, but my pheno was sativa for sure. Mine cured to more of a mango/haze profile. Still have 4 more seeds, but they aren't at the top of my list.

I have heard some good reports on tga subcool's agent orange....might be worth looking into.

Dr I was reading your thread ... you where talking about amnesia from soma ... in my experience of growing it , its not the amnesia haze im used to smoking and he says himself it tastes like thai stick and that stuffs nasty... Im used to that woody peppery smell that translates into taste

i do have a private section here sharing good seeds and genetics with friends.
tried the 'famous' strain tangie, found it boring and a diluited, raw version of what I am used to know as orange.
potency is somehow lower and blander.
i did several agent orqnge outcrosses, trying to find the best combo.
what you see now in dna catalogue was a copycat of my previous works since 2012.
sour ao, chocolope ao, bubblegum ao, nycd ao, were my 2010-2012 crosses. all original seedstash, not clones.
i shared some seeds for testers with some friends.
some of these were so nice to give birth even to different seedbanks,
some fair people shared the correct genetic info and lineage, some just got the plants and named them on their flag as new 'orange' varieties.
i got my seeds from subcool, personally, from his hands with his blessing, form one of the first batches.it was widely open said and no secret behind this. the rest is just history, tainted with some hypocrisy, but, overall for some people is just businness and money.
for me it s just passion and heart...

different sativa leaning, also haze mothers were used.
one of them is amnesia haze from soma.
exactly that peppery minty woody thai fragrant smell and taste.
not the amnesia core cut (tnx to my friend Moppel!), a different, hardcore effect one, mixed with ao to give birth to orange oblivion.
i have some picts around, gotta sort them out...
but there are several floating around already.
