I would imagine the bio nozzles or the PSI/DANs would work most effectively without clogging. The best idea is to use a 200 screen filter and 100 psi pressure as it helps eliminate clogs much more than lower pressure and coarser filters. The xls tend to clog fairly easy with any organic material, the Toros not as much, but there is no way to do anything about them if they do.
The others are designed more for this application and if I were to be vacant I'd go with those. Someone posted a really nice nozzle for about $1.50 a piece that was very similar to the BioControl ones, but I forget who or where....sorry.
The evaporative cooling is just a trick for conserving energy, it depends more on your arrangement. If you can, draw out a floor plan and I'll give you my advice on it if you'd like?
The odd thing is with my EvaPod my humidity is actually lower than without it. I average between 38 and 46% now. Not bad considering it is 78-87% outside daily and temps in the high 80's.
