I'd like to help you but I cant understand what you are asking. Is your dryer plug a 4 wire?If so you need to cap off the white wire at both ends(panel and receptacle box)and just use the two hots and the ground. The neutral isnt needed in a HID circuit.Sorry if I didnt understand you right

ok so any way of making my timer and lamp work quickly dont want to play in the panel ( as sooon as harvest come i want to be out of here without a trace) would it be safe to just make sure the white wire well isolated

timer look little like that: ground
A/1/2/3/4/

the bare cuper wire go to ground, red and black to 1 and 3 screw

Yes your neutral is grounded on the neutral bar in the panel but for safety sake put a wire nut on it in the receptacle box

thank so let's recap before i plug the thing
what i have done so far

wire nut on the white
ground to ground in the timer
red to connector 1
black to connector 3

I use the intermatic WH-40 240V timer which I believe is identical except mine has an external on/off lever, the hot terminals are 1 and 3.It doesnt matter which color you land on which terminal so long as they are marked "line".Line terminals are for the wires coming from the panel, load terminals go to the receptacle the lights will be plugged into or directly to the lights themselves. You want to use a receptacle so you'll have a quick means of disconnect since the T-104 has no on/off switch
