Surrogate Growing

I live in an area where it is legal to grow up to 5 plants. Would it be possible to grow therefore for other people who live in a prohibited grow country ? It means you arent committing any crime; neither are they. This seems an interesting loophole. Problem would be how does the recipient get his goods legally?!:comfort:

Thinking you mean "prohibited grow county"...not "country"

It really changes the meaning of the question.

If you did, in fact, mean 'country", its going to mean you'll have to smuggle across international borders. In the EU and a bunch of other places....no big deal.....other places, you'll have a bit of an issue if your logistics aren't dialed in.

In that case, there's no way you can do the whole thing legally. you'll be 'delivering an illegal substance' and the recipient will be receiving and then in possession of an illegal substance. Legal for you to grow and process until you start delivery. Illegal for them.

if you mean 'county':

It probably depends on your state guidelines. How much you're allowed to gift, how much is legal to carry,

State to state these guidelines are going to be very different and I'm too lazy to check out which med state allows 5 plants.

Yeah , but I think in principle its a great idea...for example those countries which cant grow (i.e the UK)...they get a surrogate grower/s and they can then have the seeds which are legal in the UK (I think). I think a creative brain (not mine) could figure a way round this....
