Surprise Inspection, Light Cycle Question

I had to interrupt the plants light cycle today due to a surprise inspection. They're going to be in about 12 hours of darkness today, it's day 24, should I just flip to flower 12/12 and bring out the HPS ? I had planned to veg for only 4 Weeks. Can I please get some advice??

if you want to veg then continue vegging, if you want to flip then flip to 12/12

interrupting for a short time wont do any harm in the long run
