You can do LST, FIM, or supercrop. Hell, you can do all three if you like. Find out which method works best for you and your plants. Trial and error buddy. I prefer to FIM and LST (tie them down) but supercropping gets great results from what I have seen on this site.
I FIM right outta the cloner, then let em recover for a couple weeks until the start to candelabra and start to stretch again. Once they start to stretch you can super crop until flowering starts. Try a little different technique each round and you'll find what your looking for in structure.
