Super Sun I 4" cooling

I'm looking for an air cooled reflector to put in a ngb style cab. The flowering area is 24"x24"x36" so it really narrows my options. I've done a lot of research and it seems that the option with the best footprint is the Super Sun I 4". The only problem I'm having is that I'm not sure how well it is ventilated. I noticed the air tunnel is actually on the sides and on top of that there are reflective inserts in front of the air tunnel. My question is does anyone have any experience with cooling this hood. Also i use a 256cfm squirrel cage fan that exhausts both the mother and flowering cab so as long as this will keep everything within 5-8F of room temp than it will work. I have one and like it a lot. I don't think it is 100% sealed but it's close.
I have less than 200cfm from my fan and it's totally fine with a 250. I'm upgrading to a 400 soon and hoping my fan will still work.

I've got a Supersun I reflector and it's awesome. I've used it with both 250 and 400w bulbs and it cools just fine. I use a 4" Vortex fan on a speed control too.
