Super Autos

Hey folks iv been away from the autoflowering scene for a while but looking to get back into it. Upon browsing the new strains n seedbanks iv come across Super Autos. Iv also noticed some of the super autos come in SUPER fems n STANDARD fems. Can someone explain all this to me?
