Sup CA?

I'm fixing to make a move. California is pretty overwhelming compared to where I am now, so any help is greatly appreciated.

I work HVAC. I'm expecting to have an income of 40-50k+ per year....

Where in CA can I afford a house with a yard, that is within 30 minutes of the ocean? I'll have room mates, so I'll have some help, financially. Does such a place exist?

Should it be pretty easy for me to find work in my profession? I'm assuming SoCal would be the place for me to find work easier, eh?

houses in my area go for average of 2400 month. I am 15 minutes from beach if there aint bad traffic. san diego. glad I aint a renter lol

I can't imagine anywhere cheap and by the ocean that's desirable...

My only suggestion is moving to Norcal, certain areas are cheap if you look inland, and there are a lot of pretty awesome lakes.

What's funny though is how Cali kind of got owned by Colorado after all this time. They kind of thought they were the shit huh? Well how come they can't get legalized?? Thought they had their shit together!

Just teasing. Place sounds like heaven compared to my state. Though really expensive to live.

Though they did ban gay marriage after having it legalized for a while. Now that was pretty weak. Sup Cali? Don't walk backwards!

Tin knocker ay? Well man in Socal there is probably some ok prospects. Competition is tough in this state for any profession. Been here a few yrs n had to seek contracts out state every year.

we've been "legalized" for years if you're getting busted and going to jail for cannabis you're a club owner or way way over your limit or doing something else to bring attention to yourself. We are way LayedBack out here
