Although this is my first post. I have been roaming around in here for years. I also think sometimes I have forgotten as much and I have learned. So, this run I won't mind a few people looking over my shoulder.
I picked up a variety pack of clones from Barc's in LA.
Sunset Sherbet
Citrus Sap
Do-Si-Do
Royal Orange
Clementine
Critical Kush
I also have some unknown bag seed from a dispensary and my usual Deadhead Og.
I grow in a mix of FoxFarm ocean forest and happy frog and use RO water. I use PBP nutes with liquid Karma and GH cal/mag usually at 50% to 75% the suggested usage rates. I feed once a week or every other week depending. I occasionally pour a tea on them, once in veg, once in flower. I have most of the organics, castings, kelp, guano, meals. I have been running the Deadhead for sometime now and is a very easy plant to grow. So, with a herd of new strains I am expecting some surprises.

These have been in soil for a month. All have been topped to control height, still have a month of veg to go. The Royal Orange and Dosido show some deficiencies from not being fed when transplanted from cups. All have been fed and are looking better.
Q: The Royal Orange appears to be the most sativa of the bunch. Recently I read when growing sativa's and attempting to control height. One may want to wait to transplant until after the initial stretch of the flowering period, approximately 3 weeks. This contradicts most of what I've read about transplanting during flower.
Has anyone tried this?
What are your thoughts about it?
