don't over think it bro, it's a plant that evolved to grow in dirt, ...so a little dirt won't kill your moms, ...where you may run into problems is maintaining your environment, as in your temps and relative humidity.

anyway, as long as you keep an eye out for pests and take immediate action when you see any, a little dirt won't hurt you.

...look man, you don't need cleanroom/labratory spotlessness to grow weed, ...that's why they call it a weed, 'cause it grows in dirt.

...so just do a reasonable job of keep things as clean as you can without getting manic about it because then all you do is stress yourself out and that's when you make mistakes.
