Could someone please tell me how to join a thread where I left off ? I'm sure it something simple I'm missing but its been 3+ yrs and my feeble middle aged mind is having a hard time find out where I was previously on the thread. That is usually another 5 pages longer with mean less bantar

I don't understand the question.....
But, if you started the thread or posted in it...you can find it on your home page....if that's what your asking...

I know you can do it by going to threads you have posted in. After you log in go to the top and open the “User Menu”. Then click on “My Posts”.

If you’re are talking about picking up where you left off in just reading a thread, kind of like a bookmark, I’m not sure. Maybe someone else will chime in with that info if it is possible.

I thought that was going to be a little hard to understand. Let me see if I can ask better ( pretty caked thou)
Another place I used to frequent has a function that say I was on page 12 of the roadkill skunk fan club thread. But I had to stop reading and 2 days later when I click on that thread it takes me to page 12
I came back to this thread by clicking on my post function that you speak of betterhalf after wanting to join a thread where I left off but wound up reading five pages that I all ready read. Maybe that just the way it is around here sight seems pretty outdated. Considering the owners current situation I suppose that would be understandable.
Anyways thanks ....happy thanksgiving

Funny thing is I find most of the better threads around here googling stuff

See the down arrows? Those take you to the first new post.
Also the titles in Bold are the ones that have new content since your last check.

For a moment, I thought they were all gone, but then I realized the forum I was in, the threads had all been viewed, so there were none.

And no, the "owner's situation" does not affect ICMag.com these days.
