Can anyone help with a 2 week old seedling who i planted in soil that was to cold so it's stem has turned purple and it hasn't grown it's first set of leaves.This isn't a picture of my plant but it looks similar.

soil that is too cold is not good for germinating marijuana seeds and so with the seedlings. cold soil can kill the marijuana seedlings. they are also prone to be infected with soil diseases. it can weaken the roots and stems

I used to stick pots into a cardboard box with CFLs running 24 hours. This gave them a warm start when I grew in a cold drafty farm house.
