Struggling Beginner- Tent Components

I am a beginner bombarded by online information. Does this make any sense for a setup so far:

Vivosun 48x24x60 Tent $83

(maybe 2 large or 4 small plants?)

MarsHydro Reflector 48 Led Grow Light with 102W True Watt for Hydroponic Indoor Garden and Greenhouse Full Spectrum $111

(Is this enough light for this size tent? Any other, better suggestions?)

This is as far as I've gotten. Any carbon filter/fan combo suggestions for this size? The Internet is all over the place on these filters and I need it stealth or I'm going to end up sleeping in the garage (Chicago).

Not familiar with all that but don't forget to use a R/O filter for your water.

Based on the advertised footprint of those lights you will need two of them.

I wouldnt use mars hydro, I personally dont have experience with them but ive read countless times in various forums that they dont give the best results in flowering.

I have experience with Platinum LED and they have worked for me.

If your trying to go the most economic route using LEDS its a bit harder, you could easily get a 250w mh/hps ballast and hood way cheaper and get better results.

Again I only grow with LEDS, but I spent a shit ton on the equipment.

What are your room temps usually at... Id recommend LEDS if you know your going to have to run an A/C constantly.
