Well strength manifests itself in different ways.
Depends what you want. An Afghani will zonk you out and people would call that strong.
But it wont have you tripping and hallicinating.
Haze will have you tripping but it wont make you sit on the couch unable to move and like a zombie. Some people would call that strong.
Sweet Tooth 1.1 will have you giggling away as you sit with a group of friends and smoke it, but it wont zonk you out or make you hallucinate.
Pot can be strong in different ways.
So basically when you mean strong in what way do you mean strong?

I don't know why people keep putting outdoor down; back in the day my outdoor was the best on the street. My boys and girls used to come back to me and say "every one is raving about your pot".
Lets face it, their is no scientific reason that indoor grown pot could be better than outdoor; no amount of indoor lighting can match the intensity and spectrum of 16 hours a day of hot intense summer sum.

I agree with Nog. What's strong for one person might not be for another. Even a certain strain at one point for a person will not do it for them at another. That being said, there's plenty of strains out there that'll get you fucked up by their sheer potency. (Note to self:I still need to get me some Sweet Tooth!) Thanks Nog, for reminding me!

I completely agree but not all weed is the same. I have had very good outdoor that I prefer over indoor. But it has to be grown well. I've seen some outdoor that was just hideous and the same with indoor. We priced it that same level. It all depends on the grower.
As for strongest it really depends on what I'm in the mood for.
My favorite knock down is Romulan.
My favorite up/heady is Flo or super silver haze.
The HIGHEST I've ever been was from some outdoor grown by an Alabama redneck some 30 odd years ago. Shit made you giggle like a fiend and had no ceiling. You just kept going up up up.

How strong a given type of cannabis is to you is determined FIRST AND FOREMOST by one factor only. The tolerance of the user. It has nothig to do with how strong the pot is. The shittiest Mexican schwag will get a first timer so ripped they puke. The best sativa landrace is but another recreational moment for the high tolerance user.
You will fall somewhere in between, so figuring out the balance is up to you, the individual user.

as far as i know SATORI from mandala seeds was tested at 28% thc. and the largest yielding strain iv ever heard/read of is THE HOG from thseeds,it was written that the right pheno yielded up to 5 oz per sq foot,( at 75Watts of hid per sq foot, and the nutrients "dialed in") iv tried some and one pheno in perticular i found does yield very well in sog and as bigger plants
