STRONGEST SATIVA

i know this has probably been done many times before but i saw a thread called strongest indica and now it hink its time for some sativa love. it seemed the general consensus was that black domina was the strongest indica around these days or atleast many seem to think so. what do you think the strongest sativa is? this will actually help me as im in cali at the moment and have a hook up at the clubs to get clones and seeds and im looking for a great sativa high.

Durban poison is a really tripper.
c99 is pretty strong with a great taste. Very nice buzz.
Kali mist makes u trip more then any other bud I've smoke and I've been smokin for a while.

Definatley agree with Weed Seed Kali Mist is #1 in my books also...I describe as smokeable LSD....
Some others Super Silver Haze, C-99, of course the Diesel crosses, Island Sweet Skunk,
from what I hear Love Potion #1 is pretty awsome..

how long do you wish to flower for? amnesia haze and nevilles haze as well as buddha thai are fantastic.
They are long flowering tho most over 13 weeks

Sativa buzzes are more about personal taste and vary so much more than indica buzzes and there's so many different ways ti measure potency like how high is the ceiling vs how potent you get off of one hit. C99 ssh and skunk 1 are fairly potent if you take 1 hit of them but they have very low ceilings and its quite easy to develop a complete immunity to their effects. Then there's sativas like colombian black that only the most fortunate growers have the proper resources to cultivate but are fantastic. So here's how I'd break it down.

All around best deal going by far along with being the most colorful and most psychedelic:

Hothouse Flowers Haze (inexpensive and highly psyechedelic with a huge array of reds, purples, blacks and silver colored flower)

Best Quality Buzz:

Pacific Mexicans (oaxacan, acapulco, guerreran) and brazilian green

Most Exotic:

Colombian Black; gypsy nirvana zamal

Potency and quality of high in relation to ease of growth

Bsc Santa Marta Gold; dj short flo

SD IBL..... its a ripper..and long lasting high... Time warps... 9-10 rating..one is very lemony..one isnt that lemony 9.7 and 10

C99 ..very fruity ..long high 9.5 ,,relaxing high..stoney

SourQueen...Great high too...Fat buds... SD is the father so the edge is taken off a little with less body then the Queen kicks in and eye droopy time 9.2 to 9.3 ..in the nines..hey thats great! not alot of flavor..just the after effects with what the queen does

LifeSaver .... Tall Sativa fruity lean plant with purple calax and menthol smoke (Jack's Cleaner pheno)...very strong high not discombulating like the SD IBL..you can get wasted off this sucker cuz no tolerance to this weed...it will get you wasted fresh everyday,,, 9.5 Liked it cuz of the low tolerance that it took to get high..2 hitter everyday was good enough..And so fruity...much more than Cindy99 Good fruity inhaling and tasty menthol exhaling

Unlike the ak47 which gets one high then fizzles out a few hours later cuz one gets used to it...Sativa rules anyways!

Cinderella 99 takes home my prize, I think I'm in love with her ... not just because of her delicious pineapple smell and taste, not just because of her potency, and not just because of her really nice uplifting high, but also because her flowers mature in only 50 days indoors (you could harvest from as early as day 40 and still get quite respectable results). I currently have one at day 51 and will be harvesting probably tomorrow night so at day 52. This is the Wallyduck F5 btw, I've also tried the GN03 feminised ones which was what initially got me hooked but I think this Wallyduck one may turn out even better yet.

Grapefruit from FemaleSeeds is also a nice fast-finishing sativa (being 75% C99), and that was actually my favourite strain for a while until I tried C99.

Sour Diesel I've grown once and my **** did it take forever to get to maturity . Very good yield though, and quite a heavy high that you dont build resistance to very quickly. 'Discombobulating' as the previous poster put it is pretty accurate, but not in any confusing kind of way, just in that it's very mind-heavy. The phenotype I got tastes like an earthy/soilly lemon. I believe the main pheno to be looking for is the more fuel-smelling one, so I'll have to try again. Anyway comparing C99 to that Sour Diesel pheno ... give me C99 any day - better taste, better high, and finishes flowering about twice as fast!

In regards to whether C99 or SD is more potent it's hard to say because they're both right up there! I think the main diff is that SD is heavier in the head whereas C99 is more uplifting and a bit easier to work on. Your mileage may vary

Kali mist, C99,lifesaver, Ak47 aren't pure sat...
there are few pure sativa sold...Cannabiogen Destroyer seems very good.

the strongest pure sat i smoked were west african weeds and one zamal strain...

Lifesaver im not sure about, but most of BOGs work is indica it seems

Kali Mist is described by Big Book Of Buds as "2 sativa dominant hybrids", each being 80% and 90% sativa respectively

C99 is "Princess" (Jack Herer) x mystery strain x Shiva Skunk, again according to Big Book of Buds (interesting story on the page beside it written my Mr Soul of Bros Grimm about it)

Jack Herer itself is "secret multiple hybrid haze x Red Skunk strain", listed as an Indica/Sativa hybrid but no ration given

Sour Diesel is 90% sativa, the cross being Mexican sativa x Chemo

The Haze is and always was a pure Sativa derived from the best equatorial Landraces.

I have to second Zam on the BSC Santa Marta Gold. Not suitable for indoors unless you have a lot of time and space. One of my favorites, just like the old days . . .

C99 if you want a heady taste indoors. It makes you sweat if you have more than the ceiling.

I would put Willie Nelson ahead of Love Potion if you are looking for a great Sativa buzz. The Love potion has enough G13 in her to add a fair amount of body. Both are great. But the Willie has less body buzz to it. I have heard some good things about Reeferman's Burmese pure.

Also, I am growing a couple of Mist of Destructions MODs(Kali Mist X Destroyer). For the 30$ they are a great deal as well as MODs Kali Most.

wow thanks everyone youve given me a lot of good info. zam. u especially have given me a great bit of insight, so when you say ceiling do u mean the point at which smoking more wont get you more high. so for example the c99 will get you fucked up real quick off one hit but it wont get you as high as say columbian black? why cant i grow columbian black indoors? couldnt i run a SCROG setup or LST the plant?

yeah thats what ceiling refers to. columbian black, well you COULD grow it indoors but you'd probably have poor results, a lot of the pure sativas, especially landraces, are simply built for the outdoors. They stretch, get tall, and require a lot of light (i.e. the sun).

I'm curious about Kali-most... like flower time, size & branching traits, etc. Along w/ C99 (anybody vouch for Wallyduck's?), Flo, Powerplant, Kwik Kali, and a few others it's one of the Sat. dom strains being considered for an indoor hydro ScrOG....

Ive been thinking about getting this mix from CannaBioGen. Sounds like some good variety. I would be growing these beans outside. Just wondering if it sounds like a good mix for $35? Of course I know that its hit or miss but I dont know a lot about these strains as Ive never grown a pure sativa. Anyways heres the mix:
