Strawberry Diesel, Diesel, Blueberry, Ice or WR

Here are some shots of my flower room right now. 400 watt hps, grown in promix, with fox farm bloom/veg nutes. Right now I have 3 strawberry diesel f2's (Ganesh freebies, one more unsexed), one DJ Short blueberry female (I have clones of another male, as well as 2 unsexed), a clone of Diesel that I picked up from a local dispensary, as well as two more females grown from Nirvana seed stock (either White Rhino or Ice). I'm lazy, so I won't identify them at the moment. The strawberry diesel, blueberry, and a whole bunch of other awesome genetics down the pipeline came from a fellow ICer to whom I definitely owe an update.

Very Sexxxy. Those are definitely some nice genes and that's a nice "fellow ICer".

Hey guys, here's an update with some pictures of the blueberry and my sour diesel clone.

Also, Resinvention, the droopy one in the earlier pics is actually the blueberry. As you can see from these latest photos she's doing just fine. I did some reading, and it looks like those clawed fan leaves are pretty common in DJ's stock. Could also have gone a bit heavy on nutes, but she didn't really burn. Flushing her out at the moment, as you can see a lot of the fan leaves have been pulled off, a number more are yellowing, and there are some really beautiful hues coming out on the buds and leaf margins. The diesel (it was sold as a clone of sour diesel, possibly reservoir stock) is showing a bit of purple towards the end as well, which might cast doubt on the purity of its lineage. In any case, both smell really good. The diesel has a powerfully sweet grapefruit aroma -- excellent resin development, and bag appeal so, whatever its exact heritage, a nice looking plant on the whole. The blueberry has a more subtle, skunky aroma, very murky if that makes sense, but with a hint of sweetness as well. Definitely psyched to see what flavors end up coming through in the smoke.

Hey Lokes, thanks for stopping by again! Thanks for the good vibes MatanuskaValley and TorontoMo! I've got another update coming in a sec.

Just chopped this clone of my diesel cut. It doesn't look like it'll be the biggest yielder, but definitely looks and smells great -- a very sweet, fruity, strong thing.

Sampled the diesel and strawberry diesel after one week of drying. Both are excellent, but the strawberry diesel is phenomenal. This pheno leans towards the diesel side of the equation flavorwise, very strong chemmy undertones, tingly nose. The buzz is powerful, thick, and immediate even without a cure. I think after a month in the jars this stuff will be unbelievable. The diesel clone I got is pretty good. The flavor's fruitier and not as strong as the strawberry diesel but it's quite pleasant as well -- more citrus less fuel. The high is a bit mellower and less strong than the strawberry diesel. I've got more clones of both of these going so I'll be able to get more in depth. Also, another three strawberry diesel phenos, some blueberry, and ice to come.

the blueberry looks frosty as hell! and that sour D has a nice bright green orange hair look going onto it...should be a rewarding smoke.

Thanks y4p215! The sour D is pretty good. Nice strong flavor, high hits you right in the middle of the head first thing and then mellows from there. The strawberry diesel knocks me on my ass, a very strong, almost confusing head high with a warm bone loosening body high. The blueberry's getting chopped today. I also chopped a very high yielding plant that's either white rhino or ice from Nirvana seed stock. I'm leaning toward ice because it looks like a skunk selection to me, and if memory serves ice has skunk (although with Nirvana it seems like most things have a bit of skunk -- still good seeds though). I'm going to try to reveg that one because it just packs on weight and is easy to grow. Photos to come.
