well since my last attempt i built a pc case for vegging and clones.
im not to sure on how long they've been above ground but around a week. my temps are 75 and humidity is 41%. im running 2 60 watt cfls=120. i have a small fan blowing on the plants some times.
ok so my only question is why is the one plant stretching so much when there close to the lights and the other plants arent. this is bagseed from different bags so im guessing it has to do with possibly being sativa dominant and why are the leaves on the one plant facing straight up? is this bad? does this mean something about my growing space?

Your plants don't look well.
First, the soil you use seems overfertilized.
Leaves up usually mean underwatering. Check if they aren't too dry (the soil shouldn't crumble)

That tin foil around the cups don't really help, it just creates hot spots - lose it. When roots will get to the sides they won't have time to get any of the overestimated light pollution as you would transplant them a week or so later.

Do you have any air flow in the pc case? Make sure you have a fan or two running to circulate air, its crucial.

Good luck :)

I don't know the soil, but it looks bad.
This is how good soil usually look like.

They look young enough to not throw roots out of the jiffy yet.
I would pull them out and put them in better soil if you plan on investing the funds needed for an indoor grow. You would need it anyway.
For an outdoor grow I would just let them go and look for other bagseeds for backup.

okay ill be on a look out for good soil. i wanna get fox farm happy frog but the shop is 30 min away. there are infact roots growing out of teh jiffy pads i used green light root hormone once when i planted and again when they sprouted. thats why i had to get this cheap soil so the roots could get in some soil.

I never tried the american or European soil brands, but from what I've heard you want to get either Roots organic or FF Ocean Forest.

However, I would simply recommend getting the big jiffy and plant the smaller ones inside them.
Put them in cups to help retaining humidity and your plants can grow in there until they are strong enough to handle the bagged soils.
Its OK if they grow a few roots out of the jiffy. You can see in my journal how far I let mine grow before potting the plants.

Another way is getting your own mix done. Check the organic soil forum for soil recipes under their sticky library thread.
But remember, those should be used on plant older than 3 weeks.
