Strange sensation

Did anyone ever get that strange sensation through your ears and head, like a rushing pressure that almost sounds like waves crashing?
I remember the day after my last mushroom trip it kept happening and was very intense.
Today after taking a few Tramadol last night I am having this strange sensation.
What is it? Does anybody know what I'm talking about?

I think I know what you mean.. Is it like a pulsing feeling/sound in your ear? And inside your head?

I've been getting it since I was young but it's been getting worse the past couple years. I'm pretty sure it called "Pulsative Tinnitus"..
... I always notice it inside my left ear, and I sleep on the left side of my head every night so that might have something to do with it. And I'm sure extremely loud guitar amps and music over the years hasn't helped

Lol, you may have an inner ear infection. Get that looked at asap.
