Strange Question, about Paint

So whats the best color/kind of paint to use for the walls of my grow space?

glossy or flat?

Some kind of super-white? I am redisigning my space, and want the most reflective paint as possible

They say mirrors absorb light. I'm curious if a glossy surface would do the same.
I think it might. From what I've seen the pro's do, its mylar, bubble foil, or plain matte white paint.

Flat white is the better choice, trust me. It reflects about 80% of light, while glossy reflects alot less.

But the BEST paint to use is Elastomere paint (aka roofing paint). Its durable and reflects up to 90% of light, which is similar to 6 mil b/w poly.

Looks about right, make sure you follow all instructions...

Dont forget to get flat white color and apply 2-3 coats.
