Strange mutant seedling

Strange seedling here. 4 cotyledons. The first set of leaves have a third straggler 'leaf' at that node with a calyx-looking thread beneath it. Next node has what looks like one large and two small leaves...

Gotta be the strangest mutant ive ever seen. Possible import irradiation damage?

Cool, thanks for sharing. Probably not irradiation though, could be a whole host of things that are at this point impossible to track.

I suspect it will return to normal opposite phyllotaxy within a few nodes, but cool nonetheless.
