Strange leaf bites and some spots.

Hi guys, this is my first grow, and now on day 29 from seed i'm seeing some issues. For around three days now every day i see one or two holes in my leafs. I was only able to find one grey insect, killed it, but haven't found anything else.
Here are some pics of the holes/bites, i would be so grateful for some guidance on what this probably is / what to do.

If you think you got bugs, get some sort of magnification, prob 60x and search your leaves, top and bottom. Glad I did, just found broad mites yesterday. They are tiny, they look like floating dots at 60 x

There are a couple of threads with this same issue, one is pretty recent. I don't think anybody has a final word on what the problem is, but my guess as somebody who still has the occasional "bite mark" just like that is that it has something to do with humidity in the room and maybe the vapor pressure deficit thing that everybody likes to talk about. I have noticed water pooling on leaves as lights come on and have come back at end of light cycle right before dark to see those holes where the water was previously. I don't think it's a pest issue, but I could certainly be wrong. My plants do not seem to have suffered from these issues at all and I'm about 35 days into flowering

I notice that on leaves that either had a water drop on them or touched the veg flouros for too long. I think the holes form as the leaf continues to grow. The damaged spots don't grow so the area stays the same and the leaf separates around the damage.

yep, this is what I have basically settled on as well. I had never seen anything like it in the past and I also had been lucky never to have a pest issue, so it threw me for a loop and had me worried.
