Strange bugs

Today when I went to check my plants I found some unwanted guests on one the leaves. I proceeded to cut the leaf and kill them but I still don't know what they are and if I should be worried for the other plants.

Some sort of Sap sucker. They won't do your plants any good, that's for sure. Try Pyrethrin (natural if you can get it). Leaves no chemical residue.

Pretty sure those are stink bugs, probably southern green looking at the coloration.

Sapsucker is a type of bird. Sap feeders I think is the operative terminology.

Definitely stink bug egg cluster. Could very well be:

Southern green stink bug

indeed they are. I saw a green stink bug a few days ago in the grow box but didn't think this was the period of the year in which they reproduce. I'm in late flowering with my plants and I'm scared that any pesticide even if biologic will alter the taste of my buds. Am I safe with just cutting of the leaf, checking for other eggs and keep the plants for another 2 weeks before cut?

Yea. If you're going to trim and trash those leaves after harvest anyway I would just scrape off the eggs and stomp them tbh.

I would not get to worried about the stink bugs bothering the Cannabis. The leaf was simply a good spot for that particular stink bug. They have piercing/sucking mouth parts and the damage would be minimal.

Yep. Lost a few plants to mold caused by virus' caused by stink bugs. They lay their eggs where they eat, they also shit where they eat and that's not good. Especially the green ones, hate those fucking things.

Thing is with the adults, if you mess with em and they get scared, they will stink the place up.. If you stomp on em they will stink the place up. That smell is not only designed to keep possible predators away, but to attract more stink bugs to join the fun.

If found on plants, I try to collect em as carefully as possible to a bag, zip that shit up and burn em with fire. Not very nice, I know.. But then fuck those things!

I picked him up with some tweezers and kicked him out of the grow room. Those fuckers were my nightmare as a kid. They stink like crazy. But after annihilating the eggs I haven't seen them coming back. Hopefully was an isolated event
