Strain recs for vert grow space

I am just curious which CSG strains you guys would recommend for a vertical grow. I think that I am looking for strain that tends to bush up quite a bit.

So far i have:
GDP S1
Grandoggy purps
Chemmy jones

I am thinking of grabbing secret recipe and some conn. chem as soon as the secret rec is back in stock


What say that guys at CSG?

What kind of a vert setup have you got mort? V-SOG, stadium, doughnut, etc? If your doing a V-SOG, or stadium you will want an indica dominate strain whereas the doughnut will allow you to grow out either.

I run a weed donut right now.

I have been running nirvana white widow and some critical+
the just seem to stretch wayyyyyyy too much and have a ton of inter-nodal space.

I run 6 plants in DWC around a 600 watt lamp in a 4x4 tent. It could be possible that i am not topping the plants enough to get them to really bush out, but in all honesty i want some dank genetics, and not some just 'good' ones and i really like what CSG has done.

Any recs based on any of that info?

I thought when growing a vertical doughnut, it was important for the plants to have a good stretch.Never grown vertical,but want to try it soon.

Secret Recipe, NYC Jones and Chemmy Jones would all do very well......also our SSSDH or any of the hybrids made with it would be great. Let us know what you decide.

Im definately gonna try Secret Recipe vertically.It would bring some crazy yeilds.

I thought when growing a vertical doughnut, it was important for the plants to have a good stretch.Never grown vertical,but want to try it soon.

I guess this is true, but with the strains i have i end up with internodal spacing that i am just not comfortable with. Maybe it was caused by the height of my light vs my plants, ill have to see after my next harvest.

Thanks much True! I have the chemmy jones now so i think that is what i am going to go with (with some sssdh on deck then some secret recipe when they are back in stock) It's great to get the actual breeders rec's!
