Strain most like the old clflorida "triangle"

Hey everyone,

I grew up in South FL (don't live there anymore) and remember a particular strain that was so potent, sticky, and smelly - its still one of my favorites. I know some people referred to it as the triangle but not sure if the triangle is the same one. I have read the thread on here talking about this strain. I've also run some of bodhi's gear like golden triangle which claims to have some have the original triangle cut. I also seem to remember someone talking about black widow and Snow Lotus as being the South FL chronic strain. It's so confusing

The golden triangle turned out really nice and and no complaints there but not quite like the strain I remeber. I never was able to get any of the black widow seeds.

My question is,does anyone recommend any strains similar to that South Florida chronic I am referring to?

You pretty much answered your own question. Look for TK crosses. Love triangle from bodhi im hearing really great things about.

Rare Dankness has some Tk crosses.....growing scotts OG at the moment Triangle Kush x (TK x (Ghost OG x Chemdog)), 4.5 weeks in and it's some three pronged fat greasy leafed OG , deep pine fuel slight mint and lemon damn good plant from seed

I been in Florida my whole life. I live in cocoa beach and I too got to taste the rare triangle! It's the ultimate one hitta quitta!! Back in 96, when I was in school, my boys w bring it back from somewheres by Daytona after their surf trips.... Man, I miss those days!! I'm kinda new on the ic so I gotta get a few conversations in before I can post my picks.... I can't help u on the triangle kush, but man..... I had a buddy frm Melbourne give me some bodhi seeds... THE BLOCKHEAD BX( blockhead x ad gooey x blockhead)... I popped 6 outta ten and lookout!! I'm not into bloom yet, but I can tell already.. Bodhi seeds ain't no joke!! I think I got a winner on my hands!! I been growing for prolly 20 yrs. I'm 39 and I got some winners I've screwed over time frm close friends like foe20 and tko(the kind one)..., I really enjoyed your posts and that golden triangle has got me day dreaming!! Lol. Right now, I'm running the banana dawg, purple butters, purple erkle, the papaya, the headband, and the bubba 98..... I been running these for over 5 yrs now tho.... Always on the hunt for TRUE FIRE!!. Right now, I've actually taken a bubba that morphed on me and I'm in the process of crossing it w the purple erkle, the purple butters, the headband and an unknown fire sativa I found in some good bag seed!!

well as long as I have been around, never had access to clone only's besides once and lost that... I don't know what point I was trying to make with that... but Copperfield you sound just like me in a way in your posting style... and some of the strains you tried and I have or will try.. I think I come on a bit too strong too sometimes... ah the point on the clone thing was that I have had far better luck with seeds... but also I want to confirm that you are talking about Triangle Kush, I got something from conneuseur (yeah slaughtered the spelling but can't figure it out right now) called Triangle Kush Cookies, kind of ordered it on accident but paid for and got it (well thought it was 10 seeds for that price not just 5 which seemed too expensive). Anyway good luck to the original poster and to all!

You may want to try the "Black Triangle" from Bohdi. It is TK x G13/HP. I just got a pack but will have to wait for tent space to open up. Probably after the first of the year. I to remember the TK out of Florida and that is why I got these from Bohdi. This cross looks very interesting and description says it is a pre-release. You may just find what you are looking for. Although you can't go wrong with any Bohdi strains/great breeder.
