I'm curing my first indoor harvest and am about 2 weeks into jarring. Daily lid removal for about an hour or maybe a whole day if I forget to close them up LOL.
Anyway, not sure how long to keep up this process?
Also, once I have a finished product, is it better to freeze for long term storage or should I just keep the jars cool and dark in my basement fruit cellar?
