Stem rot?

Been trying to diagnose this all week, only see it on one plant. On a spot on the mainstem that was broken and taped when the plant was a tween.. anyone see it before?

heres the pic. It wasn't soft or mushy at all, kind of firm. I think it might just be scarring but I'm not sure

Crazy, I've never seen anything like that before. And I used to work a 6000 plant outdoor.

I wasn't worried too much, she's very healthy looking but I needed some reassurance. Thanks
