Helloo there!
Here I'm planning for a little b'day present for my dear friend. I have 2 months to get it wrapped.
He said that he would love to grow a little plant for personal use but he hasn't have the
chance to grow until now, when he moved out from his parents house.
I was thinking of a somekind of speaker box (16''x16''x28'' or something similar) It should be stealthy as possible, low noise, no odor, low on electricity and no light leaks.
So i found a simple 3D program to put my thoughts on the paper.
My main concern is the the PC fan, I know almost nothing about the static pressure. So is the 6'' PC fan enough to pull the air through the 1.5'' thick layer of carbon...? And i need to figure a simple method to change the carbon as necessary.
The carbon would be packed tightly to prevent air skiping the carbon.
The LED fixture is DIY 70w-90w using 10w cree leds.
Would it be enough to cool the fixture with the same air that the fan is pull trough the carbon screen?
And i'll make the passive intake area smaller something like 6''.. if i'd make it smaller like 4'' would it build up the static pressure? Or should i put a little fan for the intake?
From the outside the speaker box would look like a usual speaker box speaker covers on front and only one wire going to the box.
