Stealth grow cab: lights and ventilation Q's

A friend of mine wants to set up a homemade stealth cab in a spare room. She'd like something along the lines of 3 feet tall, 1.5 feet deep and 2 to 3 feet long.

Some questions:

How many 35 watt cfls would you use for this set up? I think 3 or 4 would be perfect. Would you supplement with regular floros? (im thinking not) What angle would it be best to put the cfls at? vertical down, horizontal or diag?

How much ventiliation would a box this size need? Would passive airflow be enough? Its probobly going to be sort of cold in that room this fall/winter. Any links to a good, small QUIET fan? (if needed).

use pc fans. get a few 12-mm 115cfm pc fans and you should be fine in that department. passive airflow will be just fine, that is how the cab i am designiing will work.
lights - use should use a HPS and supplement with CFLs. You could easily set up a 150w HPS with 160w (two 80 watters, something like that) of CFL light in the corners.
you should also do something about smell. ozium makes a cfl light that kills smells, this would be good to put in a lamp on the other side of your room from the cab. also, a box of that size shouldn't have too many issues with smell, so a glade plugin should be ok. a carbon filter would be the best option, but you can get by without it.
