I heard one that was like, we are 2 or some small percent of the world population but consume like 60 percent or some large number of the worlds imported drugs.

somthing like that ..

i dunno it seems like more people than that smoke

or maybe its just my area

i am in s. florida

so that may be why it seems like more to me

and im pretty sure anyone in california would agree that it seems like more than 3%

hell im sure that liek 30% of those people in the marijuana statistic came from cali itself
