Startpot indoor coco run off

So I tried running a few #7 smartpots instead of plastic, and they like flooded half my room with run off! WTF. They never did that to me outside, granted they were quite larger, and I was using a thick soil.

I attribute it to my coco promix + fabric pots combo? Do people doing these inside with normal soil not have this problem?

Smartpots and airpots are the best for learning how to water :D
If you see water pouring out the sides of either, it means you are watering too fast. AKA flooding the soil :)

They aren't necessarily flooding out of the sides.. it just shoots right out the bottoms, doesn't hold water for shit.

Im pretty solid on watering, I've done plenty of runs in regular pots. And I've done smartpots outside with great success.

I think I just need to do trays or something
