START OF BUD ROT?

Hi, i'm into my 3 rd week of flower with 3 skunk #1 and 2 jack herrer in a indoor scrog. They look really healthy except for a white cotton like spot in the middle of 2 buds. Ive searched and read numerious post and pics but havent seen anything exactly like there cotton like things in the middle of 2 buds. It all looks really healthy except for that. Not sure if I should cut the buds off or not? I dont want this to spread into the rest of my grow.
PLEASE HELP FOR TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

You can't smoke anything that's white and cottony

So get rid of it .....of course pictures would help

Does it seemlike the start of bud rot? Do you think if I cut off the cotton like shit it won't spread?
