changed out the water, and re-setup everything, hopefully things turn out right, thanks for the help rk

I had something very similar happen to mine. We had a heat issue where the plants were at 90+ degrees for about a day when it was only 2 weeks old. other than that I'd agree with 420 about the pH. good luck, let us know if you find the culprit.
